Major General Engineer “Mokhtar Abdel Latif” Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization received Dr. “Mohamed Ait” the Ambassador of the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco in Cairo and Permanent Representative of Morocco to the League of Arab States, within the framework of enhancing cooperation and partnership and increasing investment opportunities in all manufacturing fields.
This was attended by Dr. “Adel Rahouma” President of the Arab Union for Urban Communities Development, and Dr. “Alaa Al-Badri” Economic Advisor at the Arab Union.
The discussions included studying investment and trade partnership opportunities and discussing enhancing cooperation mechanisms in various manufacturing fields, including defense and civil industries, infrastructure, cars, new energy, communications, electronics, digital transformation operations, artificial intelligence, surveillance cameras and other various industrial fields, in addition to the AOI’s welcome to train human cadres of engineers and technicians in the Kingdom of Morocco, at the Arab Organization for Industrialization Academy for Training.
In this context, Major General Engineer “Mokhtar Abdel Latif” stressed the implementation of the directives of President “Abdel Fattah El-Sisi” to enhance cooperation and integration with Arab brothers, noting that the Arab Organization for Industrialization is keen to achieve communication and exchange of experiences with all Arab countries, noting that the Arab Organization for Industrialization enjoys the flexibility provided by its international regulations and enables it to achieve international partnerships in all areas of manufacturing.
He added that the Arab Organization for Industrialization looks forward to enhancing cooperation and participating in the implementation of various development projects in the Kingdom of Morocco, in addition to achieving joint integration to deepen local manufacturing and localize technology to meet the needs of the local market with joint products and export to Arab and African countries.
For his part, Dr. Mohamed Ait, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco in Cairo and Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Morocco to the League of Arab States, stressed the strength of the historical ties and distinguished cooperation relations that unite the two sister countries, Egypt and Morocco, in various fields, praising the important role played by the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the industrial backer of the Egyptian state, in various industries, stressing the Kingdom of Morocco’s welcome and support for everything that supports means of cooperation between the two countries and opens up horizons for investment, exchange of expertise and integration between the two sides, expressing his aspiration for the importance of inviting major companies and investors in Morocco to inspect the factories and companies of the Arab Organization for Industrialization to discuss benefiting from the great investment capabilities in the organization, which contributes to increasing the volume of targeted trade exchange between the two countries during the coming period, which would contribute to establishing promising industrial partnerships between the two sides in various fields.
